A little about f8 Photography:
f/8 Photography Club at the University of Arizona serves as a creative outlet for photographers of all skill levels. We provide a forum for the exchange of photographic techniques, discussions and job opportunities. Students do not have to pursue a photography major or enroll in a photography class to join. We meet every Thursday evening to trade photo tips, critiques, and styles.
Our objective is simple: creative communication through photography.
Proceeds from f8's photography projects for clients will benefit the entire club.
Activities for this year:
1. October - Viewing archives at the Center for Creative Photography.
a. Photography Focus: Abstract.
2. November - Photography shoot: Night Life.
a. Photography Focus: Long exposure.
3. December – Guest Speaker.
a. Photography Focus: Mt. Lemmon.
4. January - Black and White
a. Contrast, lighting, and lines in B&W.
5. February - Cyanotype
a. Alternative methods of print.
6. March - "Action shots"
a. Focus: Movement and Stop action.

The schedule for spring semester for f/8 Photography will be Wednesdays evening at 6 PM in Modern Languages 506.
If we do have a change in scheduling, then members will be notified.
